Public Offer and Refund Policy Agreement

This Public Offer and Refund Policy Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which TUTORIA ELT ("Tutor") provides English language lessons ("Services") to clients ("Students"). By purchasing lessons, the Student agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Services Provided

The Tutor offers:

• Private one-on-one English lessons,
• Couple lessons (2 students),
• Mini group lessons (3 to 4 students).

Lessons are conducted online or in person, as agreed individually.

Payment Terms

• Lessons must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp chat.
• For private, couple, and mini group lessons, payment can be made per lesson or in monthly packages.
• Invoices for the next month are issued between the 20th and 25th of the current month and must be paid by the end of the current month.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe payment link, and online payment directly through the website.
• By making a payment, the Student accepts the Tutor’s Public Offer and agrees to these terms of service. The Agreement between the Tutor and the Student is concluded without the need for a physical signature.

Scheduling and Attendance

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
• Rescheduling is subject to the Tutor’s availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the lesson being considered completed and non-refundable.
• Group lessons are held even if only one student is present.
• Missed group lessons are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• Requests for group lesson rescheduling must also be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Important:

• If lessons are purchased but the schedule (time and day of meeting) has not been agreed upon and confirmed in written form via email or Telegram/WhatsApp chat, they are non-refundable.
• Students must first confirm the Tutor's availability and schedule before purchasing lessons. Confirmation must be documented in writing to be valid.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for individual lessons or packages are available only if unused lessons are requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Lessons already completed are deducted at the single lesson rate before calculating the refund.
• No refunds are issued for missed private, couple, or group lessons without proper 24-hour notice.
• In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, family emergencies), refunds or rescheduling options may be considered at the Tutor's discretion.

Rights and Responsibilities

• The Tutor commits to delivering high-quality and professional English language instruction.
• The Student agrees to attend lessons punctually, participate actively, and complete any assigned tasks.
• The Student is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning equipment for online lessons.
• The Tutor is not responsible for technical failures on the Student’s side (such as poor internet connection) or for the Student’s learning results, which depend on individual effort.

Price Changes

• The Tutor reserves the right to update lesson prices up to twice a year.
• Students will be notified of any price changes at least 14 days in advance via email or agreed communication channels.

Changes in Lesson Direction

• If the direction of the lessons changes — for example, from General English to Professional English or Exam Preparation — the lesson fee will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the increased specialization and preparation required.
• The Student will be informed about the new pricing before the change in lesson focus is implemented.

Feedback and Collaboration

• Students are encouraged to share their thoughts, ideas, and feedback with the Tutor to ensure better collaboration, continuous improvement, and a more personalized learning experience.
• Open communication is highly valued and helps to adapt the lessons to better meet the Student’s individual needs.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, texts, videos, and other resources provided by the Tutor are protected by intellectual property rights.
• Students are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, recording, or distributing these materials without prior written consent.

Confidentiality and Privacy

• All personal information shared with the Tutor will be kept strictly confidential and used exclusively for organizing lessons and communication.
• The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Agreement

• The Tutor reserves the right to update this Agreement. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the website or notification to the Student.
